Possible inconsistent extrusion on the Ender 5

Bought a roll of loneessl filament and getting weird parts where I think there is barely any extrusion in spots. I tried increasing the extrusion multiplier until there was too much and no luck. The filament isn't being grinded. I just to make make sure its not a user error before going after the filament maker.
