HELP Ender 3 v2 has massive layer shift on Y Axis

Hi, lately I've experienced some massive layer shifts on my Stock Ender 3 V2, it all happens around the same Z height, however it isn't every print. Attached are photos of my 3 most recent prints, the 1st one has a small shift, the 2nd is perfect, and the 3rd has a massive layer shift. I'm at a loss for what to try, I've taken out the leads screw and confirmed that it's straight and not catching, all belts are tight and move well without hitches.
