Using my 3D Printer to Multiple Sclerosis Funderraiser

I run an Vintage and Antique store on Etsy. When my husband gave me a 3D printer for my birthday I thought that it was the perfect opportunity to move into the homemade area of Etsy. The first 5 3D products that I posted on the store are for a 3 month MS Fundraiser. You can check out the store here:

I was diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis on April 1, 1996, at the age of 20, it was a life altering event. To be completely honest with you it was a relief to finally have a name for something that I struggled with for years and but could not give a name.

Multiple Sclerosis affects people in the prime of their lives, between the ages of 20 and 50. . Every hour someone is newly diagnosed with multiple sclerosis. More than 2.5 million people worldwide live with this unpredictable disease. The symptoms of MS are different for everyone. My symptoms include depression, fatigue, lack of leg strength, visual difficulties and muscle spasms.

When I was a child, I participated in the MS Walk every year with my mother, little did I know that I was walking for myself. After the diagnosis I continued walking and raising money and awareness for MS. I am saddened to say that the MS has taken away my ability to continue participating in the MS walk due to fatigue and leg strength. I am hoping that I can continue to MAKE MY MARK and do my part to make a difference. By supporting me you too will MAKE YOUR MARK in this pursuit.

    Let's Move Forward Together

Currently there is no cure for MS. The money that is raised will be used to find the cause, treatment, and ultimately the cure of multiple sclerosis. The money is also used to provide education, information, direct financial support, and scholarships to individuals and families living with MS.
