Flashforge Adventurer 3

Hi.

I'm new to this.

I've had my Flashforge Adventurer 3 for a few months. but when I have to print
a model, it does not really want to feed in the filaments and then it snaps a bit.
What could be wrong? everything works when you want to change the roll then it
feeds as it should but not when it hits print out.
