Stringing Problem Ender 3 Pro

Hi everyone, I've been printing the same stl file for my business over all my ender 3 pros. Recently I have been getting this stringing problem shown in photos below. I've tried everything I can think of from extrusion problems to the point where i have just replaced the whole extruder stepper motor however still the same problem. The outside is perfect, the layers are not squished and it is not over extruding. I just cant figure it out, if anyone has any suggestions at all send them my way please!
