yeah the anycubc printers are a pretty decent design.

The colourants used in printer filament makes a real difference to how well they print.

red is best, white is next best and black is pretty good.
    Blue, not bad.
    Orange - excellent.
Yellow - can be difficult, it's also the hardest colour filament for manufacturers to make - they hate it lol

Grey/silver filaments are also very good to print with.

Pla with wood is really stringy, tpu (flexible filaments) are trickier to print than non-flexibles. Red is definitely the easiest there.
Clear/transparent filaments tend to be more stringy than coloured ones. But also stronger and a little more flexible.

    Just avoid abs :-)

The anycubic will print all the regular filaments - no problem.

Pet-g totally fine for a cup holder in germany :-)
I have a pet-g sink strainer that gets boiling watre poured over it regularly.
No signs of temperature effects at all.
    Pretty impressive.

Good option. I'd rate it above the ender 3.

Hmm, well the artillery genius does have dual z axis.
But it's got a bowden extruder - and a really narrow bed mounting setup.
So you're going to have bed levelling issues.

But yeah - better than an ender 3 lol

if you want to go the ender/creality route - this is proibably the least bad machine they make: https://www.amazon.co.uk/Creality3D-...strial&sr=1-28

It could do with converting to a direct drive extrduer - but other than that it';s a solid frame and a decent cartesian setup.

the sovol's not a bad machine. D=ual z-axis and direct drive extruder

that's the sovol 02 - I;m not sure about the 2 in 1 out extruder. probablt works fine with just the one filament though on a 1 in 1 out basis.
So bearing that in mind i'd pick it over the 01 as most everything else has been upgraded.

worth a look. Dual idex extrduers, linear rails - just a nice set of quality components.
