Ender 3 v2 Poor Quality Test Print

After importing the cube test print into cura i changed the profile to dynamic quality.

Did not change any other parameters.I printed a test print of the cube (will attach file) on my ender 3 v2

The results were not very good, will attach some photo's.Can anypme advise what could be wrong.

Start by checking that your Bowden tube is fully secured at both ends, with no movement at the couplers. Also check belts are decently tight.
You can go a touch closer to the bed on your first layer too. I can see gaps between your first layer lines.
