Problem with a 3D printer type: X1 MINI 3D PRINTER of company: EasyThreed

Hello, a few days ago I bought a 3D printer X1 MINI 3D PRINTER from EasyThreed, I assembled everything just like in the video that was on the memory card that came with the printer, the first time I printed it worked, and after playing a bit with the buttons it worked for me again (and it printed Really poor quality but it seems to me it has to do with the model I copied to a memory card). But since then it never works! Can I have help please?

Does the print start ?
does any filament come out the nozzle ?
Is it not sticking to the bed ?
