you could also fix pretty much all those problems with a top loading filament holder on a bearing.

But I can see where some machines could use that.

Particularly if you were using filament reels larger than 1kg.
I've seen 5kg reels at the tct show on industrial machines.
Your fadget would definitely be useful for them.

Oh yes i understand now , I have never worked with that, so i dont know what problems they make.thank you
