Ender 3 v2 Printing Artifact

Hi,I'm new at 3d printing, I just bought an Ender 3 v2, I printed a few things but every print has the similar artifacts around same height (issue is same in every side of print, some sections of print are like stretched and some sections are like pressed). I printed them in different runs but the issues are around same heights. I don't now what its called and how can I fix this issue?Thanks
