Need Help With Prints

Newbie here to 3D printing. I have a Crealty Ender 3 V2 and I'm trying to print a few files that someone else had created and shared. I'm getting a lot of stringing and birds nest and I'm sure it has to do with the angles and/or horizontal parts of the print that don't have support. I tried printing with auto supports from the bed only and still had issues, not to mention the supports being a pain to remove from the print. Can someone please take a look at these files and maybe give me some pointers or settings or something to help me get these files to print correctly? I've attached some of the print files.
