flash forge creator pro printing problem

HelloI been having problems with my flash forge creator pro printing and i was hoping if you could help me.[/FONT][/COLOR]The problem is that it starts printing the base for the object but suddenly it moves to the far left and try to print from there, Nowhere near the print. Is there some kind of error in my printer that is messing it up and is it possible to fix it?

Yeah sounds like dodgy file or corrupted sdcard

I would agree, seems a bit strange to be the printer itself unless they have messed about with internal settings but a factory reset would resolve if thats the case.
