Blobbing and Layer Delamination with Creality LD-002R

Good Morning all,

First post so here we go..

I have to issues,

• First picture you see the base on my prints get "Blobbeb", best way I can describe
• Second picture looks like layer delamination, see the squares on the right and top sliding off the print.

These are files sliced with Chitubox, 2 resins used is Anycubic Clear and Monocure 3D Rapid

Both I've gone from 4 seconds per layer up to 12 seconds per layer, 10 base layers with 60-100 seconds cure, both resins do this so I can't imagine it being a resin issue?

But then I can't think what else, levelled the print bed 5 times now, all looks good,

Any ideas??
