Flashforge Finder-Beginner Help Needed

Good Morning,

We are new to 3D printing, and just got a Flashforge Finder printer. Setup went well, and our test print of their cube was successful. Our next two prints (each of the same object) went bad at about 70% and then 75%. Seems like maybe the model is shifting on the bed? Can someone help us diagnose our problem?

The model is releasing from the bed so you need to lower the nozzle
Depending on your firmware this can be done using the LCD an changing the Z-Offset value, or M851

Thank you. The bed automatically adjusts its height relative to the nozzle. Are you saying that we should change the default distance between the nozzle and the model? If so, is there a rule of thumb distance that should be used for that?
