Ender 3 Pro Faulty PSU fan

Day 2 and I started to notice the fan not spinning on the Power Supply Unit while in print. The unit doesn't feel hot. Stuck a object through the vent hole to move the blades and it kicks on. is that normal?

That is not normal, but may be a coincidence. Did you try moving the blades manually more than once with the same result of the fan starting? If I remember correctly the PSU fan on this printer does not spin constantly when the printer is running. It cycles on and off as the temp in the PSU fluctuates.

If I am incorrect on this someone please correct me.
