Look at the Prusa line.. there is NO plug and play, but Prusa is closest.

Prusa Mini. Only 180x180x180 but it is only 3 pieces to assemble and prints incredibly just the way it comes. Prusa Slicer is free and user friendly and regularly updated.

lotmax is on kickstarter - so not available to actually buy.
And it looks ,like a bog standard ender 3 clone - so best to avoid anyway.

The biggest issue with prusa - is availability.
Josef really needs to start ramping up production.

Good point CA. The OP did specifically state he was looking for the "best quality printing" and the Prusa mini is so hard to come by because they are a printer farm favorite. This makes a huge statement as loud as can be about the overall print quality of the Prusa mini right out of the box. No kickstarter there just an extremely reliable quality printer backed by one of the bigger names in the industry. It is well worth the extra $300 if you can handle the build envelope. Which is actually a lot for a 'mini' printer.

If you want to send me one of those printers and a whole bunch of money I will rework it for you. We both know the design could be better and I can help you with that.
