Cura creating infill where I dont want it

Hello, I am trying to print a dome. Its actually the a satellite dish from the sketchup warehouse, and I am printing it with the dome opening down. Cura is filling the inside of the dome. I have turned off infill and generate supports and it still is filling it in. How can I get this to stop?

Post a link or post the file to provide additional information. It is also a possibility that the model you selected is flawed and won't print well on a 3D printer.
