Random waves in flat protion of print

Ok guys I am somewhat new but just started getting this problem and cant figure out what is causing it. The piece I am printing is long and flat, almost like a clipboard. I am getting these random waves in the print. I think they are pretty visible in the pictures, I was taking the pics while it was still printing. Its on a CR10 Mini and I am using Cura as the slicer. The filament is PLA and the hot end is at 195 and the bed is at 55. Any ideas??
