Need help with 3d printer

Hello everyone,

Me and my Dad got a 3d printer a few days ago, it's the ender 3 pro, and we have been having a problem. The problem is that everything we print comes out soft and is really easily broken, the sides peel off easily as if they aren't being held on. It happened with the very first thing we printed and has been happening with every print since then, i don't think my dad has really changed the settings that far from the default but he has been watching videos on how to set it up. If anyone thinks they have the solution then the help would be greatly appreciated, i'll give more details if they are needed.

We'll need more information to help you. A photo of the problem and a list of your slicer settings would help. If layers aren't adhering, it could be that the printing temperature is too low for the filament. What kind of filament are you using?
