PLA not sticking to a certain area of the build plate?

I am having a strange issue when using my Ender 3(with the magnetic build plate). The print sticks nicely to the plate, but on one area it doesnt stick att all. Does anyone know what can cause this?

Try cleaning the surface with denatured alcohol. If that does not help then that are of the plate is lower than the areas where it does stick. The image almost looks like the areas where you have problems could actually be too high. Watch the print closely if it looks like the plastic is being pushed in those ares the nozzle is too close.
