CR-10 S5 - Decreased print quality mid print!

Hi folks,So I recently got my first printer (CR10 S5) and while for the first week it was printing splendidly, during my last print the quality of the printing dramatically decreased. This was mid print, the settings used were the same ones i used for every good print previous. Since that happened the quality was been consistently bad (i've been trying to fiddle with the settings to no avail). Fine details minimal, and it almost seems to be extruding too much (but if I decrease the extruder multiplier setting then not enough filament is put into the print). I also changed the filament (in case that was the problem), but wasn't the issue.I think I was able to inset an image, but also should have "attached" it as well.Any advice you can give me would be amazing, already at my wits end.Thanks in advance,-Echostate

check for partial clog in the nozzle or ptfe.
