Hi all. Just joined this forum as we have just got our first 3d printer and already hit a snag. Printed a few things in PLA, PETG, ABS and all was fine, however when using Nylon we are getting a lot of shrinkage. So for example if a made one of the dimensions of the part 50mm it would come out 49.7 or 49.6. Apart from gradually increasing my design component size and printing and measuring how do we compensate for this. Is their a rule of thumb, should it even be happening at all. What are your thoughts?
