Dear All, wanted to show really nice example where we resolved very complex machining challenges with 3d printing. One of our customer design component which was very expensive to manufacture with conventional techniques. We analysed his design, optimised it and 3d printed!Parts has a lot of treads, inserts, they are watertight and work with oil under pressure!That's a lot of engineering behind with manufacturing and design and we did it all in the house!Please go and see yourself and let me know what do you think:Images of the project:
