Elegoo Mars: Print stops after 1/3 and continues in air

Hey guys.
Just start with printing and had my first weird issue.
I tried to print 4 parts.
I used this settings:
layer thickness: 0,025
Bottom layers: 7
Bottom exposure: 70 s
Layer exposure 7 s
Resin: Water washable elegoo grey
SO what happened was, that this print just stopped at the height of the knees. Maybe 1/3 of the print. But on the hole Plate at once. Than it liftet in the air and finished its printing movements (up and down) in the air.

Just tried to reopen the file from yesterday in chitubox and its says:
Cant display, file to large.
And it shows exactly the parts that where printed. So I guess the issue is in chitubox.

Tried to reinstall Chitubox. Made supports again. Saved and opened the file. Reopened it. All looked perfect.

So tried to reprint. This Time with:
0,05 mm
Bottom Layer count 7

Exposure 8

Bottom Exposure 60 s

Anyone has an idea?
