Filament strands loose

Hi,

I am new to 3D printing. I found breathing masks projects on the UK site. I have Printo H3 and when printing, the first layer of my project comes out very loose. Filament strands inertly located on the working platform are not sticking to the ground but just hang there.

What am I doing wrong?

nice looking printer.

Sounds like your bed is levelled with too large a gap.
what slicer are you using ?

plus I don't read polish - so no clue as to the actual printer details and specifications.
