Hello, this post is a bit of an outreach to anybody who understands SLA more than I do. I've created a model to test the accuracy of my printer as I recently printed something that came out very odd.

The model is comprised of a 10mm x 10mm square cut out from a 14mm x 14mm square with a thickness of 2mm. I then modeled a 10mm x 10mm, 9.85mm x 9.85mm, 9.80mm x 9.80mm, and 9.75mm x 9.75mm square. Every part was raised off the build plate by 3mm and tilted 5 degrees in the slicer.

The measurements of the parts are as follows:

Overall thickness of parts: 2.40mm-2.75mm (Supposed to be 2mm.)

10.24mm x 9.92mm (Supposed to be 10mm x 10mm.)

10.24mm x 10.75mm (Supposed to be 10mm x 10mm.)

10.10mm x 10.5mm (Supposed to be 9.85mm x 9.85mm.)

10.18mm x 10.48mm (Supposed to be 9.8mm x 9.8mm.)

10.18mm x 10.54mm (Supposed to be 9.75mm x 9.75mm)

I've cleaned the vat, there was some sludge at the bottom. Re-leveled the bed to the LCD as well. No dice. The print still comes out with similar (within ~.05mm) measurements as to what was said earlier. Any thoughts would be appreciated, kind of at a loss here.
