What causes this?

hello Having just reassembled my hot end from a missdirected filament travel and resulting diagnose. I leveled bed with paper method. Thinking I had bed level I applied my stick glue. What I got in return is a funky looking initial line as shown in picture. Also two diff rolls filament wont stick to bed. Im doing exactly what I've done with sucess but not now. What gives?
