Outside Layer Of Filament Super Weak

(3d creality ender 3 pro) Hi, I recently just got into making custom 3d prints and using blender I created a stand for another project I had just recently finished. The print came out nice, but the issue is that the outside of the stand which is circular is very brittle and weak. I haven't had this issue before with pre-set prints. I am not sure what the issue is exactly my only ideas it could be is the conversion between moving the 3d custom piece from Blender to Cura or a special thing I am missing to do when making the outside layer to keep that filament safe, tight, and compact. If anyone has any idea what could be causing this issue or what could be done to fix it let me know please and thank you.
