Prblems on first layer on the Anycubic I3 Megas S

Hi everyone, I am a beginner in 3d printing and I m facing issues in the first layer with PLA. My printer was working fine I upgraded to the Mega S by buying the kit to upgrade after that I m facing many issues (I m not sure if it is related to the upgrade). It happened mainly in the first layer (Please check the images attached)If anyone can help me on this it will be very appreciatedNida

what did you change ?
ie: what was in the upgrade kit.

Unless you give us lots of information - we have no idea what you have done :-)

Pretend we're not in the room with you and were not watching you when you installed the upgrade kit :-)
