pls help - small holes in the surface

Hi, i am looking for any advice and help with this problem. I am trying to print small head model, but every time there are small holes in the surface. I am using Cura for preparing model and i have Ender 3 pro printer. I did test with calibration cube, and it was great, i did tests with dog and cat files from Ender 3 testing files. Everything was great. But this model is causing problem. I think model is fine, there are no artefacts in it, it is nice and clean. I tried many cura profiles and there are still some holes. Sometimes less and sometimes more on various places. I cant find anything like that on google so i hope someone more experienced can know why is this happening.
