Wrinkle? Bubble? What would you call this?

Still new to printing and sometimes I see these "Errors" in the print that I dont know what to call them but my question is what causes them?

that kind of wrinkle in the first layer is usually caused by the printhead being too close to the bed.
use thicker paper when calibrating the bed. Or add a z-axis offset in the slicer.

I set it tighter because I had a problem with prints not sticking very well, I first tried turning up the bed temp to 70c and that didnt help particularity in one corner for some reason and making it slighting closer did the trick, I dont notice any "elephants feet" so I didnt think it was too close. I will see if I can dable with the z-axis offset. Thank you.
