Issue with extrusions not staying on print bed

Greetings! I'm new to the forum and 3D printing, and my wife bought me a Monoprice Voxel 3D printer for my birthday. I popped it open, set it up, tested it with the little 20mm box print which comes built into the printer, and it worked great for it! However, I downloaded a model to test my printer out and set it up to print in Flashpoint (the software which comes with the printer). I set the settings according to the models recommendations (100% infill) and started to print at the settings set by default on the printer (210c extruder, 50c build plate). At first it started to print fine, but after about three layers it started to warp and come off the build plate. I tried again, but shortly after the extrusions were not straght and it started coming off the build plate after only a few beads of PLA was laid down. I've attached an image of what it looked like a minute into the build.

Am I doing something wrong? My apologies if I forgot any info pertinent to this issue.
