First print with any cubic photon?

So I have heard that you are supposed to print that latice cube as your first print just to make sure the bed is level and everything however I am not using the standard resin that usually comes with the photon, I am using the eco friendly stuff, will I need to change some of the settings of the print in order for it to print correctly?

Also what settings do you recommend for the eco resin?
