Ender 3 Problems

?Hello, i have some problems with my ender 3. I upgrade it to bltouch and ultrabase, both products directly from creality. I followed their instructions and used their hey file to update, but it looks like that it isn't leveling correctly or something like that. I try pretty much every z off set step, but nothing is working correctly. I tried pretty much everything what I could found in www, nur nothing works for me. Extruder is working without issues and is not skipping. The same result I get also on the normal ender 3 bed. Can anyone can give me a hint ?
