depending how big a build surface you want, I got both of mine on Amazon. Very reasonably priced for Creality Ender 3 Pro, as well as Artillery Sidewinder X1

as far as reliability, some are certainly better than others, but be prepared to tinker and troubleshoot almost constantly. that is one of the most frustrating, and most fun, parts of this hobby

with a decent machine you actually don't need to rebuild or tinker, it's kind of what defines it as a decent machine :-)
