Curving and overhand roughness

Hi all, new to 3D printing here. This is (part of) my first real print and I'm trying to figure out what's going wrong. The piece itself (a blade) is supposed to be straight, but looks like it curved upwards off of the bed. Maybe it cooled too fast? You can also see a lot of roughness under the blade overhang. It kind of looks like tree bark.Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.Machine: Ender 3 ProFillament: Hatchbox PLA 1.75mm Extruder heat: 210Bed heat: 60No fan as it was causing other problems previously.
