My point there was that it being an Ender 3 isn't inherently a problem. If you got one that was properly assembled, they work just fine. It's just that some of them weren't and in those cases, it can be a ton of work to get things squared away. But, that's the case with any kit printer.

I did get kind of screwed a bit on the BTT SKR mini, so I'm not exactly off Scot free here. :-P Unfortunately, there is sometimes a difference between the design and what you actually get. The Ender 3 design is fine, it's just that some people got ones that weren't properly built.
