3D Printing Used In NASCAR Now
Every Day new uses for 3D printing are coming about. NASCAR is the latest use case for the technology. Many vehicles were having electrical issues due to a 2012 mandate requiring electric fuel injectors on all stock cars. The problem could not be easily fixed with traditional means of
manufacturing so a company called DC Electronics, and CRP USA teamed up to 3D print an electrical enclosure to fix the problem. The full story can be read here:

Just goes to show us all, that yet again 3D printing, in many cases, has advantages to traditional manufacturing. Here is the enclosure they printed:
