Hello all,

If this is the incorrect board for this post please feel free to move it!

I am using a Creality Ender 3 with a .4mm Nozzle. I have a Mosaic Pallete Plus as well.

I am looking to achieve the result shown in the photo as non-planar layers and am having a hard time deciding what the most effective way to do so would be.

I have the Non-planar printing figured out - and I understand that on the quick model shown the angle of the curve is too sharp near the bottom - but follow along mentally (If I wrote this well enough). I am thinking that the best way to do this (without involving the Pallete Plus) is to slice the object as 3 separate non-planar Gcode files. Then, take each Gcode file and add a command to retract a ton of filament at the end and move back to (0,0) with a cooldown command. Then when I have the chance come hotswap the color and start the second object.

Is there a better way to automate this and possibly work in the functionality of the Pallete Plus?

This is mostly a theoretical idea in using all of the new 3d printing developments at once, Thanks!
