Extruder issue

Any ideas why my extruder snaps back every now and then? Happens randomly a few times per minute but seems to happen more on long straight lines. Seems like its trying to extrude too fast but the filament isn't going through the nozzle fast enough. Recently cleaned the nozzel, hot end and bowden tubes but still happens. Everything prints fine. Don't want this to cause any long term issues.

** Update. I loosened the bolt holding the bearing and so far it has helped. Any other suggestions/tips welcomed.
