    PETG filament not printing well

So I had some issues with my 1.75mm ESUN PETG black filament extruding but I was able to fix it by bumping up the nozzle temperature to 250 degrees from 240.I printed a 20x20x20mm calibration cube but not too impressed with the layer quality.
    - My extrusion multiplier is set to 0.86
    - The print bed is at 80 degrees
    - Layer height is 0.2mm
    - Printer is Da Vinci 1.0A

The photos have been attached, the filament's appearance seems to be very sparkly and the layers seem inconsistant on the edges as shown in the photos. The slicer I am using is simplify3D, if anyone can give some advice for parameter adjustments it would be much appreciated!

    It looks under extruded.

Did you calibrate your extrusion multiplier?
