need help with first layer after raft

i need to use the raft for printing this little part, the first layer of the part look under-extruded, with gap

Then I tried to increase the bottom layers for 2 to 5, same identical result

Also tried to increase "above raft speed" from 50 to 100%

With no raft the part is obviously good

I am using S3D 4.1.1
