South Korean Government Spending Big on 3D Printing.
The government of South Korea has unveiled a plan to turn their entire nation into a bunch of makers, via 3D printing technology. The government's initiative seeks to place a 3D printer in at least 50% of the country's school by 2017, and introduce 1.5 million business people to the technology. They want to make 3D printers as accessible as going to a coffee shop, and truly believe that such technology will lead them to more prosperous times.
