Printing with two heads

I have the FlashForge Creator Dual, a great machine. However, I cannot figure out how to let it print with both heads, for example having the support material use the right head and the build material be the left. In Cura and Replicator G, I can't seem to find this functionality.

I use Makerware for Dual Extrusion, it's pretty self explanatory.

Thanks! Just downloaded it and it seems pretty simple. But can it connect to the FlashForge or do I need to import the files?

Thanks for the help! New question, though, how do I make things like this? I've figured out how to make two different objects print two different colors, but not a single object print two different colors.
