Cura missing layers

I've been using cura with no issues but it seems since the new update it leaves out layers splitting my models onto pieces, I can even see it on the layer view. I found out by printing a print that I've already printed but resized a d attempted to print again and was split in half. Anyone having same issue, or suggest a different slicer?

So I found it I scale it down it gets rid of the missing layers?
