Ender 3 Hotend Crooked

It seems since I purchased my Ender 3 back in August, I have spent a lot of time bashing my head on the desk while trying to get a decent print. On one of my last troubleshooting adventures, I noticed the hotend was crooked. The mounting holes are a bit off which makes the extruder crooked. Just looking to make sure that this is not normal.
