Best 3D printer for prototyping?

I am thinking about starting a business but I want to start making prototypes first and test my products. what is the best affordable 3D printer for beginners? that have the capability to make plastic molding and clear optics.

only resin printers can make optically clear products.
For plastic moulding - you'll need a machine capable of printing with PEEK to produce injection moulds.

It's not about what is 'affordabe' it's entirely about your budget. What is affordable to someone with a ?50,000 budget is not affordable to someone with a ?500 budget.

So what is your budget ?
