    Is this common for people??

    so my hotend protection is getting offand i know i cant turn on like this situation please let me know how can i fix without taking all apartcan i use shrink warp ?? will it get over hot??Thanks pro's helping nooby me very appriciate

    This is why they are call consumables, they wear out and need to be replaced.

    that wire seems to have no protection at all, that is just the normal isolation. my printer has same wire, but has 2 layers of heat protection over the wire near the extruder.

    Some hot-end heaters are just better made.

    My hot-end heater is similar though you can see they are a different as night and day

    You could also update the hot-end heater block to something like this. Then use longer Nozzles.
