Mayday! Need Part Printed

Hey, is there anyone in Southern California or close to it who could print me a replacement part?

I swapped out my Greg's Extruder for a newly printed one, but as I was printing the replacement, the small gear failed.

I'll pay for mailing and ABS, but I'd rather pick up.

My suggestion would be to post the .STL file so anybody that is close to you can take a look at it. Mean while... My printer is sitting idle at the moment. If you can wait 3 or 4 days for the mail to get to you, that's an option.

And... just to be clear??? Do you prefer ABS plastic for the gear? Many believe PLA is a better choice for gears!

Hahaha!

I prefer ABS, because it's a known factor for me. PLA has a lower melting point and might be more susceptible to heat/distortion from the stepper on big jobs.

I'll post a link to the STL file later today and see if anyone bites.
