Tevo Tornado - Print Strength and Curling Help

    Hey All -

I'm attempting to print out a spherical honeycomb structure and I believe the diagonals of each hexagon are curling, causing the nozzle to bump into and break off cooled pieces.

I tried increasing the wall layers to 3 and infill to 30%, which helped a bit, but the problem is still occurring.

It almost looks like the nozzle is slightly too close and too hot, but so far fiddling with the settings has gotten me nowhere. Zhop didnt do much either unfortunately.

Does anyone have any experience with more delicate prints like this one?

Can try to make it print really slow, then if it bumps it shouldn't knock off pieces with a bump. That may also help with the curling, as the PLA gets more time to cool per filament extruded, leaving less chance of filamanet getting forced out of it's position.
